Request a tube sample

We know how important samples are in helping you choose the right tube for your application.

All our tubing is custom-made, so we do not stock tubing. However, when possible, we keep the offcuts of formed tube, enabling us to send small samples to our clients upon request.

Prototype samples for existing and new sizes

In instances where we do not have the required tube available for your sample, please ask for a quotation for a prototype length. Our minimum order quantity of 1 length is typically between 5.7 and 5.8m long, depending upon the profile and size required.

If you require a prototype sample for a size that we have not yet made, this is sometimes possible using our existing tooling provided we can find the correct material to form this from. We have greater flexibility when modifying tooling to make new oval and flat-sided oval tube. Until we form any new size we cannot guarantee the size and/or its tolerances; once we have determined the machine settings for a new size we are confident that we can replicate results for future production runs.

New tooling can be made if we are not able to use existing tooling for the shape and size you require.
