Retrofit-friendly tube geometry and modularity
It is now possible for tubular components and rails to be replaced, upgraded or reconfigured without full system redesign, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance.
Our non-circular tube profiles can be returned to a circular form at connection points. This allows the tubes to be used with standard fittings and existing systems such as clamps, handrail brackets and connectors. Threaded end caps and other useful components are available for some of our more popular profiles.
We are continually developing ways to support modular systems with our custom-formed tube profiles, including laser-cutting slots for easy assembly.

Our custom-formed non-circular tube parts often serve a mechanical purpose; from flat-sided oval sieve parts to twisted square tube bottle-top flippers. If required, we can form profiles from hygienic stainless steel tubes (dairy tubes) for food and drink processing.
Flat-sided oval tubing offers space-saving benefits and easy integration of hardware. Radiused square tubing offers the strength of box section, but with contoured corners that are easier to clean and less likely to cause snagging.
We also manufacture tubes for effective heat transfer, including cooling and refrigeration. Our fabrication team offer tube coiling, including coiled flat-sided oval tubing in both planes.
